Welcome to
Your Path to a New Masterpiece
Welcome, fellow Gladiators. If you are here, it is because your life has been hit by the "shatter"—the initial event that scattered your world into a thousand tiny pieces. I know that feeling of being a "somebody" whose words once carried authority, only to wake up feeling "broken and invisible" behind incoherent mumbles. But I am here to tell you that while the stone of a stroke may have shattered your original stained-glass window, you have the power to take those vibrant, broken pieces and lead them into a mosaic. This new pattern tells a story of survival and strength that the original blueprint never could.
This journey is an "inside job" fueled by "The Hustle". It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you are moving in the right direction. We are here to kick that stroke’s ass and show it who’s boss. These daily videos are your training ground to develop the strength you need for tomorrow. You can play these videos anytime you like, whether you are feeling strong or need a reminder to keep fighting. Remember:
"Shoot for the moon; if you miss, you still wind up in the stars".
The 5-Day "Gladiator" Routine
This routine is designed to be challenging because you must never get comfortable with your workout; if you become comfortable, you aren't pushing your limits. We embrace the mindset of a Gladiator:
Try = Fail, Try = Fail Less, Try =
I GOT THIS!
Daily Mobility (To be repeated every day)
We start every day by "priming the pump" and training the mind to coordinate the body. These movements help you re-center and find your "foundation" before tackling the heavier work.
Torso Twists: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and gently twist your upper body side to side. Circle your hips in both directions.
Arm Circles: 1 minute (15-30 seconds forward, 15-30 seconds backward).
Sit on the floor with your legs apart and with your hands, stretch and touch your opposite foot. Do this back and forth (15-30) seconds.

Today is about acknowledging your range of motion. We make a mess and fail constantly as beginners—that is how we learn to be good at this thing called life. Focus on the intent of your affected side; that limb will never get better on its own if we give up.
